Reservation must be made direct to Straits Central Travel & Tour Agencies
Sdn Bhd office in Kuching, Malaysia via email by logging on the provided
enquiry submission button or fax +6082-235122 (Tours to Malaysian Borneo/Malaysian
Peninsular) or +6082-240013 (Tours in other parts of Asia / Pacific). Our
Kuching office in East Malaysia is only entitled to offer the price and
confirm the reservations. Rates are quoted net in United States Dollar (unless
otherwise stated) and Straits Central Travel & Tour Agencies reserve
the right to change (the rates) with or without prior notice.

PAYMENT
Advance payment of a minimum of 50% of the total amount must be made upon
confirmation of the program or 30 days prior to arrival, whichever is
earlier. The payment may be made payable to:

Proof of payment such as a Bank-in-slip or similar, must be faxed to:

Remaining balance must be made the latest within one week prior to the
date of arrival. Payment to be made as per pre arrangement and Straits
Central Travel & Tour Agencies Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel
reservations unless remittance reached prior to the date of arrival. However
some particular payment conditions or credit facilities may be negotiated
upon request.

VALIDITY
Prices quoted are valid according to the date specified on the website,
quotation, correspondences, invoice etc. Straits Central Travel &
Tour Agencies Sdn Bhd warrants that the prices or rates quoted are correct
at the time of issuance but are subject to change in line with market,
tax or currency fluctuation with or without prior notice.

ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is provided as indicated and facilities such as private
bath, air conditioning system, hot and cold water. Straits Central Travel
& Tour Agencies Sdn Bhd provide the best available alternative where
the facilities do not exist. Should circumstances dictate, accommodation
at alternate hotels of equal quality will be provided. Rate is based on
two person sharing a room. If a separate single room is require, there
will be a single supplement liable. Daily breakfast, service charges and
taxes at hotels are normally included if not otherwise indicate clearly.

MEAL
Generally, Breakfast [B] is served at hotels in the main cities, unless
otherwise stated. If Full board or Half board is indicated in the tour
price Straits Central Travel & Tour Agencies Sdn Bhd provides either
Lunch [L] and [or] Dinner [D] in hotels, lodges, guesthouses, or in appropriate
local restaurants. Box lunch or dinner will be provided on various trekking
and adventure programs.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Round trip transfers between airports, rail depos, piers and hotels by
coach , mini van, or limousine are included as indicated. Full time ground
transport covers above mentioned transport facilities in full time of
client's disposal. Inter cities private transfer covers coaches, mini-van
or car between one major city to another. Straits Central Travel &
Tour Agencies Sdn Bhd utilize all vehicles equipped with air-conditioned
system however due to poor road condition and poor quality gas the system
may not function properly. In some areas, where facilities do not exist
we will provide with the best available.
